Traveling to a new city for medical care is stressful—especially when you’re living with low vision or an ocular surface condition. At Flip the Script, we’ve been there ourselves. That’s why we created our On-Site Patient Support program: to make every step of your treatment trip easier, safer, and more comfortable.
We offer hands-on help before you travel and throughout your stay, so you never have to navigate the process alone.
Note: At the moment, this program is only available to those traveling for treatment at the Cincinnati Eye Institute. As we grow, we hope to provide support at other locations as well.

Getting insurance coverage can be challenging when you're in need of specialised treatment.
Our Insurance Navigation and Advocacy program begins with a consultation between you and a seasoned social worker who has extensive experience with connecting people to the resources they need, along with lived experience dealing with conditions that require specialised treatment.
